Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and task scheduling is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end users and team members.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are preferred.
