  • Greet and welcome visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Responding to clients inquires either they were received through phone calls, what's app or SMS.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to callers and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide support in busy periods

Ability to maintain a positive attitudeFemales OnlyProven work experience as a Real estate admin, Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleGood in EnglishCRM experience is a plusEffective Communication skills in both verbal and written formsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office equipmentAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks with a positive attitudeExperience in a similar role is preferred
