Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
  • Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy.
  • Assist in Hiring and termination process.
  • Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.
  • Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds….)
  • Responsible for the medical and employee theft insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider
  • Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine"
  • Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
  • Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc
  • Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees.
  • Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.
  • Prepare contracts.
  • Responsible for the Company archive.
  • Coordinate between the Company and the Marketing Agency for printings.

 

 


QualificationsProven work experience at least 1 in HR/AdminExcellent organization skillsReporting Skills.Microsoft Office Suite.
