Key Responsibilities:
- Should be skilled in proper coffee brewing techniques, customer service, and drink preparation.
- Ensure that all coffee beverages are prepared and presented according to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.
- Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques, and introduce new beverages or promotions to attract customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized coffee bar environment.
Skills
1) Required minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in the relevant field
2) Experience in Automatic and Manual Coffee machine is a must
3) Requirement open for all nationals
4) Must know to speak Arabic
