  • Experienced and Dedicated Sous Chef required for an open kitchen concept in Achrafieh.

  • Candidate should have proven experience in Asian/Japanese cuisine and have good plating skills.

  • Dumpling folding is a plus.

  • He/She will be responsible for mis en place prepping, hot cooking and plating dishes and maintaining the station in impeccable/clean condition following all sanitary guidelines in preparing and storing, labeling ingredients.

  • Working hours are 5 days a week from 3pm to midnight. Tuesday to Saturday

  • The operation amy be expanding in January through the development of a stand-alone central kitchen developing numerous new revenue streams and opportunities for career growth and benefits, as well as new culinary experiences

  • Starting salary is $750/month
