We're on the looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and provide a warm, inviting experience for customers
- Analyze customers' skin and beauty needs
- Recommend and sell beauty products and services
- Provide makeovers and other beauty services
- Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product releases
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines
- Educate customers on product ingredients and benefits
- Answer customer questions about product selection, application, and troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including product displays and testers
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory
- Process customer transactions
- Participate in store events and promotions
- Build relationships with customers and provide follow-up service

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of experience in a retail or customer service setting
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and services
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in makeup artistry or skincare
- Certification in relevant beauty areas (such as makeup artistry or cosmetology, preferred in some cases)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of fragrances and perfume trends is a plus
