<p>We are looking for an organized and people-focused HR professional to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support employees and management across the company.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management</li><li>Handle employee relations and address HR-related inquiries</li><li>Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures</li><li>Support performance evaluation and training activities</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>2 4 years of HR experience (retail experience is an advantage)</li><li>Good knowledge of labor law</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel to IRAQ as required</li></ul>
