Area Manager

We are seeking a talented Area Manager to oversee our operations

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Branch managers and staff within your designated area.
-Monitor and evaluate each branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement.
-Uphold company standards and policies regarding food quality, cleanliness, service, and safety.
-Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
-Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
-Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
-Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to ensure staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Proven track record of success in multi-unit management, demonstrating the ability to drive results and exceed performance targets.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
-Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends, analyzing data, and making informed decisions
