Inventory Officer

Assist in maintaining Prices and Costs through system and do needed transactions.
Assist the Line Manager and Logistics Colleagues in following up Purchase Orders and Shipments when required.
Execute physical inventories and spot checks.
Analyze Machines Pay Outs and Statistics
Execute Creations of Products on the Systems.
Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary.
Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products.
Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment.
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description; amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and service.
Make sure that foreign purchases are well entered with overhead charges.
Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.
Establish and apply established criteria for the evaluation, selection, performance monitoring and re-evaluation of adopted suppliers.
Develop supplier database and maintain regular updates.

Prepare purchase orders and following procedures established with the Treasury and Accounting Department.

Understand the fundamental principles of Cosmofun’s Quality Policy Statement and implement them for conformity to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
Committed to the principle of never-ending improvement in services quality, reliability and guest service excellence.
Is aware and has conducted a training on safety measures, incidents and emergency procedures
and communication procedures.
Ensure that nonconforming outputs to established Quality and Health & Safety requirements are identified and controlled to prevent their unintended use and delivery.
Support existing ISO 9001 QMS process.


Qualifications:

· At least 2 to 4 years work experience;
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline Human Resources Management
· Language Skills: Strong command of English – French - Arabic languages
