Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager located in Dekweneh , Lebanon. The Shift Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, including managing and training employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high-quality standards, monitoring inventory and stock levels, and increasing sales and profits.

Qualifications:

- Management and Leadership skills.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Supervises a daily-check up on the smooth performance of all machinery and equipment.
- Oversees the proper physical presentation of all branch personnel.
- Minimum age 35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or previous management experience is a must.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for food and customer service. The Branch Manager should be able to motivate and lead a team, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
