Maintenance HVAC Leadman

Wooden Bakery - Lebanon
Installs HVAC systems
Maintains and Conducts regular preventive maintenance on all ducts, filters and compressors and other parts as per the preventive maintenance schedule
Checks system controls, electrical wiring and system operation to make sure all are functioning well
Repairs all system controls components in case of breakdown or troubleshooting
Perform installation work for HVAC equipment, duct systems, fittings, grilles, registers and/or diffusers, controls and related equipment
Identify and solve problems that might impede the completion of work within budgeted time.
Provide feedback and/or suggestions to the maintenance manager on ways to improve quality and reduce costs.
Complete approved repairs and/or improvements in a timely manner.
Trains all the employees under his direct supervision
Knowing safety rules, equipment and procedures particular to a given industry.
Ensure that all job orders are completed properly, on time and within budget
Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned
