- Professional Image: Uphold the brand image professionally, adhere to dress and grooming standards, and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Master the booking and POS systems for efficient scheduling and transactions.
- Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain a pristine studio, with a well-prepared front desk and workstations, ensuring all areas are clean and welcoming.
- Coordination: Work closely with the Studio Coordinator to enhance the experience and implement smooth operations.
- Data Introduction: Accurately record all customer information in our system.
