Warehouse Stock Controller

Role Purpose

Warehouse Stock controller is accountable to maintain always the stock well organized to meet business requirements. He/ she is liable to replenish stock levels, and oversee the out and internal stock transfers.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible of delivering fabrics and dresses to the floor.
Be aware where a certain item (dress) is available if asked about it.(department or floor).
Proceed transfers between the boutiques and revive and make an inventory for both warehouses.
Pack the dress properly within the company’s standards and check it’s invoice; As well as, Label and ship it to the receiver.
Keep the manager updated for any stock issue or problem.
Enter purchase details (invoices, pricing, data, etc.) into internal databases system and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate regular inventory for the floors and the warehouse in parallel with the warehouse manager.
Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.

3 years plus of experience as a warehouse/ stock controller is a must ; Atelier Luxury industry experience is a plus.

Proficiency in inventory management software, such as Odoo, etc.

Strong computer skills & Microsoft office experience (Excel, Word, power point & outlook).
