Sales Engineer for Leading provider of Roofing and Waterproofing solution

Hiring a Sales Engineer for Leading provider of Roofing and Waterproofing solutions and a technical solution provider for both fresh and finished concrete constructions located in Beirut.

The ideal candidate has to:

o Negotiate the contracts terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
o Studie and Finalize the new projects and follow up the project lists.
o Order the material from the suppliers and following up the delivery to meet the projects schedule.
o Focus on selling the non-moving stock items.
o Maintain the relations with the clients to ensure clients long term relationship.
o Develop sales plans to introduce new products to market.
o Recommend improvements to customers and demonstrated potential cost reductions and process improvements.
o Review the material submittals and shop drawings to ensure that its matching the technical and commercial requirements.
o Prepare and introduce the Waterproofing material presentations attended technical and site meeting.
o Follow the new projects since the tendering stage and making a project list for proper follow up.
o Quote and follow the in-hand projects and prepared projects list for proper follow up.
o Approach customers at site and offices to secure the orders and build the best relationship on all levels.
o Prepares material submittals and shop drawings as per the site conditions to secure the consultant approval.
o Attend company seminars to increase understanding and knowledge of products.
o Attends technical and site meetings

The candidate has to acquire analytical thinking, attention to details, follow Up and passion to get leads.

Working days & Hours: Monday till Friday (08:00 A.M – 03:30 P.M)
