Hiring a Branch Manager for pastry chain of cafes in the Republic of Congo.

The Ideal Candidate needs to acquire working experience in:

 Supporting the proper execution of all processes, systems and standards
 Ensuring compliance with Food Safety requirements.
 Driving branch profitability to achieve target.
 Planning and Managing day-to-day operations of the branch.
 Overseeing, and controlling effective stock control, storage, and rotation to minimize waste
 Training and coaching branch teams for success by motivating through weekly meetings.
 Training staff in preparing the full menu and the front of house staff in preparing listed items to the consistently high standard required.
 Setting a high standard and good example for staff regarding punctuality, attendance and attitude and ensure these standards are always maintained.
 Carrying out Annual Appraisals for subordinates.
 Making recommendation on hiring, termination, promotion and discipline as required.

The ideal candidate needs to acquire needed skills:

 Strong experience in management.
 Strong business acumen.
 Effective communication skills.
 Exceptional customer service skills.
 Strong knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
In addition to:

- French Language understanding, speaking is mandatory.
