Barman - Bartender:

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations.

- Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes and standards.

- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

- Monitor and restock bar inventory.

- Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service.

- Adhere to liquor laws and regulations.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.

- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
