• Deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers
• Design compensation system including job analysis, description, evaluation, and salary structure and incentive scheme
• Pay and job classification structure / Grading system
• Identifies key training needs for the employees and sets programs for training
• Employee orientation, development, and training;
• Knowledge of Lebanese Labor law and payroll system
• Follow-up on staff performance evaluation forms and summarize the evaluation forms
