E-Com Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Adding new products to the website, updating product descriptions, images, and prices, managing inventory levels, organizing products into categories for easy navigation, uploading promotions
- Website Management: Ensuring the smooth functioning of the ecommerce website, including monitoring site performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with web developers or IT teams for updates and improvements.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Improving the overall user experience by optimizing website layout, navigation, checkout process and delivery process to maximize conversion rates and minimize bounce rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generating regular reports to track (KPIs) and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Conversion Rate Optimization : Identifying barriers to conversion on the website and implementing strategies to optimize conversion rates, improving website design, or offering promotions and discounts.
- Customer Service: supervising the team of customer support; resolves issues or complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience and foster customer loyalty
- Customer Retention Strategies: Developing strategies to retain existing customers and encourage repeat purchases, such ensuring the loyalty program is applied, personalized recommendations, and targeted email campaigns. Focus on Customer Data Platform (CDP) based on search categorize interests and needs of customers.
- Payment Processing and Security: Managing payment gateways, ensuring secure transactions, and staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices for online payment security
- Vendor and Partner Management: Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with developers, shipping partners, and other third-party vendors involved in the ecommerce supply chain.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in ecommerce, and adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Digital Marketing: working very closely with the marketing team to develop optimal digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing (newsletters), social media marketing, and others.

Job requirements:
Candidates should have knowledge in Magento.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in website handling
