We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and systems. You will be working with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both hardware and software.
- Install and configure new equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of new projects.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, as needed.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of technical systems and equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and industry trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, if necessary.
Skills
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Experience with equipment installation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
- Experience in PLC programming, generators, power systems, installations, panel boards, and motivation to learn on new machines.
