HR Executive

Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree Business Administration (HR concentration) - A master degree in HR and/or MBA is a plus

5+ years of experience within a similar role (hence managing different HR fields from recruiting, to training & development, employee relations, & compensation & benefits).


Duties & responsibilities:
· Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
· Explains the Human Resources procedures to all department heads and makes sure it’s well communicated across the teams.
· Meets frequently with the Executive Manager and General Manager to discuss possible actions to be taken
· Discusses personal needs with department heads to prepare and implement recruitment programs
· Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
· Plans and conducts new employee's orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals
· Reports monthly to the Executive Manager and General Manager all issues regarding the development of all personnel
· Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducts orientation and training programs
· Coordinates & manages the recruitment process from A to Z.
· Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and guide employees; schedules management conferences with employees; hears and resolves employee grievances; supports employees and supervisors
· Prepares company's payroll on a monthly basis.
· Gathers monthly and timely data related to all personnel's attendance and issues a monthly record to be checked by the Direct Manager/Executive Manager
· Monitors holidays and sick leave of all personnel
· Undertakes NSSF (National Social Security Funds) issues
· Whenever needed, issues work certificates to requesting employees
· Ensures the timely collection of all relevant personnel documents and records
· Maintains historical human resources records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records
· Follows up and updates all employees' annual vacation status
· Designs KPIs for all employees and evaluates the KPIs at the end of each month
· Designs performance appraisal for each employee and per department and does the evaluation every quarter and takes the necessary measurement accordingly
· Creates the needed network to attract the competent candidates
