Responsibilities:

As a Telephone Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming customer calls with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Accurately taking customer orders and processing them promptly.
Coordinating with our kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared to perfection.
Collaborating with our delivery dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate!
