Responsibilities:
- Organizing meetings and managing databases
- Organizing company events and conferences
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
-Preparing letters, presentations and reports
supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
-Processing invoices and managing office budgets
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Attending meetings with senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office properly
- Should be organized Punctual and presentable
- Should have 5-10 years experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- French is a plus
