HR Administrator

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Assist in handling employees’ requests related to HR rules and regulations.
• Performs clerical and administrative HR duties such as preparing employment, salary, and other certificates as requested by employees.
• Compile and update employee records and files (hard and soft copies on the Payroll and attendance systems)
• Enter and monitor the employees’ attendance, overtime, leaves, etc
• Assist the HRM in creating HR policies, processes, and documents.
• Responsible for posting job applications, reading résumés, screening candidates, and setting up interviews
• Review available positions and candidate requirements.
• Post job applications on social media and job sites.
• Manage the résumé database and track open positions.
• Conducting initial phone screenings.
• Assist the hiring team in screening candidate résumés.
• Conduct candidate reference checks and verify education requirements.
• Enter new hires’ information and payroll data into the payroll system.
• Assist in the termination process by following up and preparing all the documents related to leavers as per the employees’ exit policy & procedure.
• Prepare notification and warning letters as part of the disciplinary action policy.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, probation period evaluations, grievances, etc.).
• Create and update all automated HR workflows in coordination with the IT department.
• Assist in the initial orientation and HR Induction sessions for newly hired employees by ensuring that new joiners can settle in quickly.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or similar field.
- 1-2 years of work experience as an HR or Recruitment Officer or similar role
