The role:

We are seeking a talented software developer to join our development team and work on a variety of exciting FinTech projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with both local and remote teams to build and maintain high-quality, real-time distributed systems that serve the financial services industry. We are looking for strong developers who have a track record of delivering high-quality code and who have experience in financial services application development. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and high-performance design patterns, and to utilize proven open-source components where applicable.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to play an active role in regular research and improvement activities and to bring new ideas and improvements to the table. You will be responsible for executing all aspects of software development, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. You will also be responsible for testing software and ensuring that it meets the highest coding quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical production systems, both during and outside of normal working hours.

Responsibilities:
• Execute all aspects of software development, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Design and build scalable, real-time systems that can handle high-frequency data
• Test software to ensure it meets the highest coding quality standards
• Support and maintain critical production systems, both during and outside of normal working hours
• Provide and maintain technical documentation as needed
• Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize development initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process through the identification and implementation of best practices and new technologies
