Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven trading platform administrator to join our financial institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrating and configuring the core trading platforms, Investigating and troubleshooting of internal and external trade queries; provide regular pricing, trade execution and commercials performance reports on the different systems.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide management and support of trading infrastructure in and outside working hours
• Setup and administration of trading hardware and software automated monitoring dashboards using the company’s designated tools
• Maintenance and configuration of the failover servers and DR sites
• Conduct regular audit and maintenance on the system configuration, naming conventions, and user access permissions following the company standards and security policies
• Administration and configuration of trading platforms, aggregation engines and Backoffice systems (MT4, MT5, PrimeXM XCore, CRM, inhouse systems …etc)
• Work closely with the trading and risk management teams to facilitate their functionalities and daily requirements
• All aspects of trading platform administration and configuration (Including but not limited to instrument, profile and group configuration, Agent, Money Managers & IB setup, System maintenance and application of all changes)
• Core operational procedures including (but not limited to): management of open times & public holidays, Futures Contract Rolls (MT4 & PrimeXM XCore), Swap Rolls, ‘dashboard’ exception management
• Investigating and troubleshooting of internal and external trade queries
• Perform global trade and position reconciliation (real-time & snapshot)
• Provide regular pricing, trade execution and commercials performance reports on the different systems
• Liquidity providers and API clients onboarding and configuration
