Key Accountabilities:

Work following project/campaign plan and monitor milestones to meet deliverables deadlines.
Participate when needed in client’s meetings to understand project requirements.
Assist in focus group and brainstorming sessions for brief communication.
Assigned to handle one to two different clients at one time.
Familiarize with a specific brand account and dedicate time and effort for an efficient client communication.
Present creative work to clients for approval.
Facilitate the exchange of information between the agency and the client from the time a client first initiates a request until that campaign is live, and the results are collated.
Ensure an ongoing quality control of all work that is submitted to clients under senior supervision.
Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
Monitor all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.
Day-to-day administration duties that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized.
Write status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated.
Coordinate between client and internal units for one project requirements.
Refer to Senior Account Executive for support in complex situations.
Conduct research to better understand customers’ needs and behaviors and help fulfill client expectations.
Stay aware of the latest trends and innovations in the field.
Keep oneself stimulated to achieve maximum productivity.
Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or any relevant field
-0 to 3 years of relevant experience (digital marketer, account executive)
-Experience in a creative agency or company’s sales and marketing department
