A startup company specializing in Business and Financial Solutions We focus on consulting. We are headquartered out of USA and branch in Lebanon. seeking to hire highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Specialists, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.

Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and informative presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how All together Jobs can meet their recruitment goals.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the executive team to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Implement effective performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve team and individual performance.

Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets.

Strategic Thinker:
Ability to think strategically and make informed business decisions.

Client Relationship Management:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry and current market trends.

Results-Driven:
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Reporting Line:
You will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based position, providing uncapped earning potential and benefits and bonus. You will work remotely and onsite too.

Successful Business Development Officer will earn a commission on each closed deal.
