Following and closing opened SO reserved items that exceeds 10 days to be either canceled or delivered.
- Following orders missing items in the warehouses that are related to the next day delivery program to be provided as soon as possible and coordinating with Logistic Manager Asst. to solve the problems.
- Following all reports that are available on ERP system on daily basis to include the following:
• Delivery in progress - starting from supply to delivery phase.
• Transfer Order – In & Out.
• Preparation orders - starting from supply phase to loading phase.
• Pending requisition orders between warehouses.
- Following broken items reports and make sure of preparing the related delivery out of the warehouse & stock to settle warehouse items balance, in addition should follow items repairing account.
- Investigate wrong items delivery between warehouses whether through customers’ delivery notes or through transfers orders in order to report the final conclusion to the Logistic Manager and Customer Service unit to take the required corrective action.
- Providing unavailable items that are requested by the customer when necessary.
- Helping sales staff to define the available quantities of certain items to make sure of the possibility of selling them.
- Making inventory for all items that their quantities in warehouse are not matching the ERP system and report the results to the Logistic Manager.
- Making monthly inventory for all items which their quantities reached the lower limit.
- Reporting problem & breaches to LOG Manager
- Submit daily report to LOG Manager regarding accomplished work
- Train employees in warehouse, LOG Dept. as required.
- Provide reports & analyze data as required
