Input customer orders into our system with accuracy.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Process various orders, forms, and applications.
Address complaints from both customers and drivers.
Keep management updated on recurring issues.
Coordinate the dispatch of orders and transportation requests.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in using computer systems and applications.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
