Branch Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch goals and targets.

Responsibilities
1.Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
2.Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments).
3.Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
4.Monitor and maintain store inventory.
5.Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
6.Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
7.Suggest sales training programs and techniques.
8.Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and handle their complaints.
9.Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data.
10.Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable.
11.Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.
12.Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff.

Qualifications
1.Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar position
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3.Excellent math and accounting skills.
4.Excellent personal and professional leadership skills.
5.Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
6.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs.
7.Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
8.Problem-solving attitude.
9.Flexibility to work in shifts.
10.BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
