Training Location: Karantina Branch

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM -7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Lady to join our deco shop team in the Jbeil area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the deco sales field. She will undergo training at our Karantina branch, and upon successful completion and demonstration of her capabilities, she will be responsible for managing the deco section at the Jbeil branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate product recommendations.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our deco products, including new arrivals and current promotions.
Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases to enhance their shopping experience.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the deco section.
Ensure the deco section is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Manage inventory levels and restock products as necessary.
Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
Process sales transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the deco sales field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Ability to work within the specified schedule, including Saturdays.
Training and Evaluation:

The selected candidate will undergo a training program at our Karantina branch.
Upon successful completion of the training and a positive evaluation of her performance, she will be assigned to the Jbeil branch.
