Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Deir Qoubel. As a Sales Manager at IZZAT DAOUK, you will be responsible for:
• Follow up with sales team
• Driving sales growth through opening new POS
• day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies and daily salesman performance
• mentoring and training sales staff
• building strong relationships with clients
• You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and promoting our range of hair care and detergent products.



Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese retail market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership abilities and a results-driven approach
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours and Location
• Chowaifat Deir Quobel / Izzat Daouk building
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am till 5:30 pm
• Saturday 8:00 am till 2:00 pm
