Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at IZZAT DAOUK located in Deir Qoubel. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• day-to-day management and development of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotions
• collaborate with sales manager to ensure consistent brand messaging and image
• analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and make strategic recommendations
• overseeing the day-to-day marketing activities with social media agencies and internal team
• developing marketing strategies
• managing social media campaigns
• coordinating promotional events and activities with key accounts



Qualifications
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record in brand management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Tasks related:
DAILY:
- Approve daily social media ads upon checklist
- Analyze whatsapp outcome report (sent vs attained results)
- Update agencies with daily progression
- Analyze and collaborate with sales manager for daily sales attained
- Manage daily comments on social media networks

Weekly:
- Flash sale leaflet allocation by area
- Communicate and send key accounts weekly tailor made promo
- Analyze and collaborate with sales manager for weekly sales attained by brand and offer type
- Communicate with key accounts for weekly flyers and online promos
- Update agencies with weekly progression report


Monthly:
- Approve prototypes for offers and bundles
- Apply checklist for agency on all visuals and videos submitted
- knowledge transfer to sales team for new items and usps
- update agency with monthly results attained vs set target
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns upon allocated budget


Working Hours and Location
• Chowaifat Deir Quobel / Izzat Daouk building
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am till 5:30 pm
• Saturday 8:00 am till 2:00 pm
