Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry and will be responsible for coordinating between departments to ensure all renewals and new offers have the necessary information.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between departments to gather and verify information needed for policy renewals and new offers.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
Monitor and track the status of renewals and new offers, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and policy documents.
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Maintain organized records and files for all transactions.
Support management in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
