Job Overview
The Junior Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Content Creation: Help create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and webinars. Handle logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-up.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing marketing collateral.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- -Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling and error-free content.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis and ability to interpret marketing metrics.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to team goals.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms is a plus
