Senior Legal Counsel ( Lebanon - Beiurt)

We’re looking for a legal professional, having the accurate background to safeguard the company’s interest from
a legal perspective and assist us in providing the adequate corporate coverage while respecting corporate
governance and compliance matters.

Bachelor’s degree in legal studies- finance background is a plus
• Certified as a lawyer (optional but a plus)
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a legal related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a legal related field
• Fluent in Arabic English and French.
• Computer literacy
• Strong knowledge of contracts drafting and corporate experience
• Strong knowledge of all relevant housing management and societal
• Corporate issues/legislation experience
• Logical reasoning
