Showroom Sales

Tasks:
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Maintain contact with current and prospective customers through any possible platform (newsletters, direct messaging, emails,…)
• Inform customers about promotions, offers, and discounts, and answer customers’ questions about products and services professionally
• Stay up-to-date with new products, technologies, and aftersales activities
• Conduct market price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills and develop where needed
• Cross-sell and upsell products
• Introduce new products to the showroom to boost sales
• Manage and participate to social media platforms (Facebook, Insta…)
• Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the management
• Check the missing goods and participate in organizing of the showroom display
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and safe for both customers and staff
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Perform regular and periodical stock count
• Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Provide continuous customer feedback to the store manager
• Follow all store policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols

Schedule from:

• Monday to Friday (8:30 am till 6:00pm)
• Saturday (9:00am till 2:00 pm)
