HR Manager

To lead and manage a team of HR professionals across Syria, KSA, Egypt, and Lebanon. The HR Manager will ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals, oversee HR operations, and drive HR initiatives across the region. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of HR practices and regional nuances to support the business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Provide guidance and direction to the HR team to ensure consistent HR practices across all entities.
Partner with senior management to understand business needs and provide HR solutions to drive organizational performance.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals located in Syria, KSA, Egypt, and Lebanon.
Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the HR team.
Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews for the HR team.

HR Operations
Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adapted to regional legal and cultural requirements.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Talent Management
Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, career development, and training programs.
Identify key talent and support the development of high-potential employees across the region.
Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance issues.

Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all entities.
Monitor HR metrics and identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with regional and corporate standards.

Change Management
Lead and support organizational change initiatives and projects.
Facilitate change management processes and provide support during transitions and restructures.
Ensure effective communication and support mechanisms are in place during organizational changes.

HR Analytics and Reporting
Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
Monitor and analyze trends in HR and propose strategic improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
Liaise with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, legal advisors, and training providers, to enhance HR services.

Culture and Employee Engagement
Promote a positive organizational culture and foster employee engagement.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the region.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience managing HR in multiple countries is essential.
