We are looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will handle payroll for all employees, manage NSSF declarations, and prepare reports for the Ministry of Finance. Staying current with changes in labor laws and regulations is a critical aspect of this role to ensure our practices remain compliant and efficient.

Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Lebanese labor laws.
- Prepare and submit NSSF declarations in a timely manner.
- Generate and file required reports with the Ministry of Finance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws, NSSF, and Ministry of Finance regulations.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage employee records, including salary, deductions, bonuses, and other relevant information.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll and benefits operations.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding compensation and benefits policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration, preferably within Lebanon.
- In-depth understanding of Lebanese labor laws, NSSF declarations, and Ministry of Finance regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
