Digital Diffusion Responsible

Main Tasks:
• Handle all back office support operations related to the LEDs and LCDs.
• Coordinate with the responsible persons to provide the needed maintenance of all the digital products.
• Ensure all digital products computers, screens and cameras, are working correctly and LEDs and LCDs are functional 24x7.
• Report any issue concerning the Digital platforms.

Qualifications / Experience
• BT/TS Graduate
• Computer Literate (Any related Certificate is a plus)
• 0-1 year experience in IT helpdesk/support
• French and English literate
