We are looking for a Senior Payroll Officer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage and oversee the payroll operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and compliance of payroll processes with Lebanese labor laws, NSSF regulations, and the requirements of the Ministry of Finance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Lebanese labor laws.
- Prepare and submit NSSF declarations in a timely manner.
- Generate and file required reports with the Ministry of Finance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws, NSSF, and Ministry of Finance regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in taxes and other relevant regulations affecting payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and legal standards.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related documentation and records.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Lebanese labor laws, NSSF regulations, and Ministry of Finance reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
