We're seeking a Chef De Partie for a chain of cafes based in the Republic of Congo. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in:

- Maintaining recipe integrity, adhering to cooking standards, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness.
- Managing proper food storage procedures and enforcing sanitation protocols in the banquet kitchen.
- Preparing, cooking, serving, and storing dishes as per the established menu.
- Supervising meal presentations, cooking temperatures, and overall food presentation.
- Conducting regular temperature checks on refrigeration units and food storage areas.
- Providing guidance to kitchen staff, including commis.
- Upholding and enhancing hygiene standards whenever possible.

Fluency in French is essential, both understanding and speaking.
Additionally, candidates should possess a strong understanding of food safety regulations.

The offered package includes a salary of $1500, along with a $300 food allowance, accommodation, transportation, flight ticket, 30 days of annual leave, and health coverage
