A leading F&B company is looking for Restaurant Managers for their Gemayze DownTown branches.
Operations Management: Ensure efficient daily operations and compliance with company policies.• Sales and Customer Service: Develop strategies to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.• Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to foster a productive work environment.• Financial Management: Manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures. Education and Requirements• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.• 10+ years of experience in retail or restaurant management, preferably in a supervisory role.• Proven ability to maintain sales targets
