The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with major retail partners and key clients in the dairy sector. This role is critical in driving sales, optimizing account performance, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies tailored to the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify growth opportunities within key accounts.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and contracts with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Product Management: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align product offerings with market demands and client needs.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly review sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and effectively.

Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the FMCG industry, preferably in the dairy sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
