Receptionist and Back Office Associate

Korri Star is a Lebanese company devoted to supplying automotive products, with a focus in the fields of import, export, purchases, sales and management.
Korri Star is looking for Receptionist and Back Office Associate who is responsible of Receiving visitors at the front desk, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Proficiency in English
- Work experience of 2+ years
- Experience in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and data analysis
- Ability to work within a team
- Good communication skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
