Responsibilities:
Achieve the assigned sales volume for the handled market segment and within the set period
Grow the sales of the company by establishing contact with new prospects to shift them into clients
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Continuously update customers on product changes and modifications.
Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate tire solutions.
Provide information about different tire options, sizes, brands, and features.
Initiate, develop and maintain business relationships with current & prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new sales

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields
3-5 years of experience in the Sales field
Proven track record of successful sales experience in Tire industry.
Technical knowledge of tires, including sizes, types, and performance attributes
Skills:
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
