Administrative Employee

We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Employee to join our team in Beirut. The successful candidate will support various administrative tasks and ensure efficient operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and distribute communications, memos, and forms.
- Assist in data entry and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High School degree/ Bachelor Degree additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
