HR Clerk - Intern

Role Purpose:
to perform administrative tasks related to personnel and to assist HR Department with related queries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Handle All applications including sorting and filing
2. In charge of the Data entry
3. Organize HR documents and files in an orderly manner
4. Receive and distribute uniforms to specified employees

Required Qualification and Skills:

• University undergraduate/graduate in Business Management, Public Administration preferably with an HR specialty or any related field.
• Computer literate with knowledge of standard office software applications
• Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
• Excellent Communication, both written and verbal as well as interpersonal.
• Organized and systematic even under pressure
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of departmental issues and documentation
