• Reporting to the senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
• Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
• Entering data, maintaining databases, emails and keeping records.
• Liaising with internal departments, and clients; & answering calls.
• Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
• Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence ,emails, phone calls.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Reminding of important tasks and deadlines
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Maintaining other duties that may be assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or the equivalent experience plus 5 years of related experience
