Job Description:

Customer Consultation:
• Greet customers and conduct initial consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and the latest trends.
Product Selection:
• Assist customers in selecting home products such as furniture, decor, kitchenware, and other household items.
• Provide detailed information about product features, materials, care instructions, and warranty details.
Styling and Design Advice:
• Offer styling and design advice to help customers create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Create mood boards or design plans to visualize how products can be integrated into customers' homes.
Sales and Transactions:
• Handle sales transactions, ensuring accurate pricing and promotions are applied.
• Process orders, arrange for delivery or pickup, and follow up on any special requests or customizations.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Keep detailed records of customer preferences and past purchases for future reference.
Inventory Management:
• Stay updated on the store’s inventory and new arrivals.
• Coordinate with inventory and stock management teams to ensure the availability of popular items.
After-Sales Support:
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, or warranty claims as needed.
Event Planning and Execution:
• Organize and host in-store events such as product launches, sales events, or styling workshops.
• Provide support during these events, including demonstrations and one-on-one consultations.
Market and Trend Research:
• Stay informed about the latest trends in home decor and design.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and expertise.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
• Work closely and under CRM with sales, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Provide feedback to CRM management on customer preferences and market trends to help shape inventory and sales strategies
